In order to apply the method of raising shrimp on the bottom substrate, in the process of treating the ponds with compacted compaction, smoothing the pond bottom and inclining toward the drains. Should use HDPE tarpaulin, covering the pond bottom and pond edge evenly.

In the process of spreading the canvas, it is necessary to ensure the canvas is close to the bottom, it is best to install 3 – 4 air discharge pipes on the pond bank, this helps to bring water to the pond without bulging from the bottom up.

If you use canvas again from the previous crop, after finishing the crop, you must use a high pressure pump to wash the entire tarpaulin surface. Then use 5% Chlorine to clean the surface and dry the canvas for at least 5 days to bring water to the pond.

Construction
Dig a hole about 80 cm deep into the entire waste area, then cover the bottom of the hole and the pit. The canvas is rolled into a bamboo stick and buried about 20 cm deep. It is not too expensive to spread the pits of the font but still clean the waste completely, so it is no less fuzzy to cover the whole canvas bottom.

HDPE tarpaulin will be fixed on the edge of the pond with a trench anchored around the pond, burying the canvas and then filling up the soil.

It is necessary to build an anchor to spread HDPE waterproofing film, width and depth must be as designed on the drawing in technical specifications. The excavation of the anchor must be done before the HDPE membrane is spread.

The edges of HDPE waterproofing membranes exposed to the anchor should not have protruding shapes to avoid the possibility of tearing. Then, pour the soil onto the anchor. The dumping of waste soil must be carried out immediately after covering the HDPE waterproofing membrane to avoid bridging the anchor. During dumping, avoid damaging the membrane.

HDPE tarpaulins are joined together by dual welding machines by heating method; The position in the corner, the damaged points will be welded by extrusion welding machine to form a uniform waterproof layer.

In the technique of lining shrimp ponds, it is also important to take care and manage the pond after stocking. Shrimp feed must be selected by reputable producers. Besides, it is also necessary to feed shrimps properly, the right quantity and the amount of nutrition suitable to each stage of development. Avoiding too much excess food will cause pollution of pond water.

In the period of molting shrimp, mineral supplementation should be strengthened to make shrimp molting evenly and hardening the shell.

Regularly observing the pond and shrimp in the pond, when there is an abnormal phenomenon, it should be promptly handled to avoid affecting the quality of farmed shrimp.

After 1 month of culture, pond bottom siphoning is conducted every 4 days; must be gentle on the bottom, adjust the valve moderately, to avoid the shrimp being sucked by the siphon tube to the outside.

After each crop, clean the canvas and use it for the next crop.
